Message	clamp on the pipe first then push the hose on after it. The clamps wont open wide enough to get over lip section. Then lobe the section of the hose that the clamp has to slide over with WD-40 and work the clamp on. You can hold the clamp open once its over the hose to slide more hose onto the pipe section if you need. Thanks for all the replies.
